Speech Scoring Software

In this step, you will record your speech into the A.I.S.M. Speech Scoring Software™. The A.I.S.M. Scoring Software™ uses the most powerful, state-of-the-art technology to detect and score the clarity of each phonetic sound you have spoken. For example, the word "bird" will be broken down and scored separately for each phonetic sound. Example Score: (Each scored out of 100) (B=78) (IR=34) (D=71). As you can see in our "Example Score," this particular student really struggled with the "IR" sound. This information now becomes vital to not only the instructor, but also the student. It will now be clear which areas of phonology (phonetics) they will need to focus on, in order to improve the clarity of their English speech. The words chosen for this test have been selected as the most difficult and challenging English words for students learning English. These words address all areas of phonology in order to most accurately identify all of your speech habits and patterns.
